What we collect
To operate your booking we collect your name, email, phone number, country, pickup details, passenger numbers, flight number where relevant and any notes you send us.
Why we use it
We use your data only to confirm and deliver your reservation, assign a driver and vehicle, contact you about your trip, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment provider's secure checkout. We never see or store raw card numbers.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to its processing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention
Booking records are kept as long as required by Portuguese tax law, then deleted or anonymised.
